8. Fees and Payments
Article Processing Charges (APC) may apply only after acceptance. There are no fees for initial submissions. All fees are non-refundable once the editorial process has commenced. Waivers may be granted for authors from low-income regions or students. Contact the editorial office for current fee information.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of these Terms, unethical behavior, or violation of publication ethics. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Journal of Medical and Surgical Allied be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
